Upgrade ECC5.0 to ECC 6.0 EHP6

Hi,

I am upgrading ECC5.0 to ECC 6.0 EHP6 with SUM tool.

I have used standard downtime optimization in configuration phase. Screen attached.

Now upgrade is in preprocessing phase .Now i want to change some values which i have given in Extraction phase.

Now the question is Can i do this? If yes how?

Please suggest.
