upgrade EHP4 error REPACHK phase

Hi,

We are currently upgrading to EHP4.

During the prepare, the REPACHK phase trigger the following dump

"CANNOT_CHECK_LOCKS"

the following module function is called by RFC "SUBST_GET_OPEN_SAPOBJ_TAS_REPS"

it dumps at this stage

Collect in GT_E071 those objects in the queue which are locked

• in change requests.

  PERFORM mark_locked_objects TABLES gt_e071

                              CHANGING return_code.

Did someone have already  this issue?
