screen exit or add custom button in xk02 address window

Hi all,

i want to add a button in gui screen 111v in xk02 transaction , to call my custom application in XK02 Transaction ->Address check box

i want to call one more screen through button.

can any one provide me screen exit or how to activate the dynamic gui button write the code.
